Shipping Information

Orders will generally be shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed, excluding the day of order and weekends/public holidays.
Delivery services operate from Monday to Friday, 10:00–15:00.
During holidays and peak shopping periods, or in the event of natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control, shipping may be delayed.
For home delivery, the actual delivery time will depend on the courier's delivery route and schedule.
For convenience store pickup, please pay attention to the arrival notification and collect your package within the store's designated pickup period. Please do not leave your package uncollected without a valid reason. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an uncollected package will be borne by the customer.
